◷ IN BUILD · LAUNCHING WITH E-COMMERCE 2027
Today, Packio runs in B2B intralogistics where returns are closed-loop within the partner's own network — no public drop-off needed. The public-facing return network for e-commerce is being designed alongside our 2027 launch. This page is intentionally honest about what exists today and what doesn't.

The public drop-off network for e-commerce returns is in active design. We're evaluating multiple models — own collection points, courier-partner integration, retail drop-off partnerships. We're not committing to specific partners or coverage figures publicly until agreements are signed.
When the network launches, the customer flow will be: scan QR on package → dedicated Packio app shows closest return points → drop off. The consumer app is under active development; the flow is specified in our Shopify plugin documentation but the live infrastructure is not ready yet.
If you need a reusable packaging solution before 2027, we work with you to design a return path that fits your specific operations — most often using your existing courier or retail footprint. Talk to us first; we'll tell you honestly whether we can serve your case in the short term.
We're inviting selected DTC brands and 3PLs to help shape the return network design before public launch. Honest conversations only — we'd rather say "not yet" than promise something we can't deliver.
