Use cases

Built for closed-loop operations.

Unlike consumer reuse that depends on end-user behavior, intralogistics runs on predictable, controlled routes — which means higher return rates, faster ROI, and measurable impact from day one.

DC → Store replenishment

Replace cardboard in your distribution center to retail floor shipments. Flat-fold on return trip, track each unit, recover cost in 8 cycles.

— How many units you'll need

The pool sizing math.

Every intralogistics conversation starts with the same question: how many reusable units do I actually buy? Here's the framework we use — same as our ROI simulator.

— POOL FORMULA
pool = stock in lead time + stock in loss × buffer %

where:

  • stock in lead time = weekly packages × lead time in weeks
  • stock in loss = annual packages × (1 − return rate)
  • buffer % = 1.20 (intra) — overhead for peak & variance
— WORKED EXAMPLE · 3,000 cartons / day intralogistics
weekly packages = 3,000 × 5 = 15,000
annual loss stock = 3,000 × 250 × (1 − 0.98) = 15,000
pool = (15,000 × 1 week) + (15,000 × 1.20) = 33,000 units

Note: Illustrative model. Real-world inputs vary by return rate, lead time, and attrition. Your tailored pool sizing comes from our solutions team during pilot scoping — try the interactive simulator →
